Philip Soar, Chairman, was CEO of Blenheim, the world’s largest exhibition company, from 1989 to 1994. He chairs a number of exhibition companies including Waypoint, Spearhead and Ithaca and also chairs a French/English publishing group Aurenis Eaglemoss s.a. In 1997 he led the consortium which acquired Nottingham Forest and he is also the official historian of both Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur. He was Japanese Publisher of the Year in 1991.

As founder and MD for Niche Events & Risk Events Ltd., today he actively guides the day-to-day management, direction and continued development of the business.

Mina Booth, Mina has worked for over 10 years within the publishing, exhibitions and conference sector, working with leading media companies such as Miller Freeman, Advanstar & Tarsus. A member of the Institute of Marketing, Mina originally specialised in retail marketing; working for companies including Courage Breweries, Sainsbury’s and Boots.
